Description
Traumatic brain injury is one of the most serious personal injuries a person can endure. Failure to diagnose a brain injury and order proper diagnostic testing, like CT scans or MRIs, can lead to further damage to the brain and permanent injury. Mr. Norman Younker has worked with many brain injury clients and their families to help them receive due compensation for their injuries.

Brain injuries are probably the single most devastating injury that a
person can have, regardless of the cause. If your brain is seriously
injured, it not only affects your ability to think, but it affects your
personality, your emotions, and your motivation. We see brain injuries
resulting from all kinds of mistakes. A CT scan or an MRI scan very often
should be obtained, when it is not and the patient goes on 2 or 3 days
later to have a massive stroke, either from a clot forming in the brain or
an aneurysm rupturing. When that happens, there usually is a severe and
devastating brain injury.
We do see a lot of these kinds of injuries, and we work with these
families. What we attempt to accomplish is to restore them as much as
possible to the life that they had before.
