ATTORNEY JACK D. RAY: My name is Jack and I have been with the firm since 1988. I have been working on personal injury and medical malpractice cases since that time and in addition early on to commercial litigation. However, over the past 10 to 15 years, my practice has been almost entirely focused on representing injured patients and medical malpractice claims.

I enjoy it a great deal. One of the things that really has drawn me to medical malpractice and kept me pursuing this area, is the impact that we can have on the lives of people who are disadvantaged. People who have to confront a very well financed and very tenacious medical insurance industry that seems to be bent on denying even the most legitimate claims. So we can help people restore some sense of at least economic normalcy to their lives when their lives have been turned upside down.

This is a very challenging area of law and medical malpractice cases are one of the most difficult technically complicated and expensive cases to pursue. And we find that what we are able to bring to bear at our firm, is that we have both the human resources and the economic resources available to be able to confront a very well financed defense, so we can leave no stone unturned in our prosecution of the injured patients case.
